Three Days of Automotive Nirvana at Canada’s Only Outdoor Automotive Festival

TORONTO, ON (August 2, 2022) – Drive Festival is set to start its engines for the second year at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park on Friday, September 9th through Sunday, September 11th, 2022. This year, Mobil 1 will be The Official Presenting Sponsor of Drive Festival and the Title Sponsor of the Dream Car Speed Run.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Mobil 1,” says Festival Director Adam Ruppel. “As a respected global motorsports brand, they are a great fit and we are excited to have them on board as our presenting sponsor.”

Located just outside Toronto, the three-day event offers attendees a unique interactive experience with some of the world’s most iconic and sought-after vehicles. The venue has more than 900 acres of space where exhibitors and car clubs will be showcased. These include exotic, race and rare cars, manufacturer models featuring electric and hybrid cars, SUVs and trucks as well as vintage, modified and new motorcycles.

The most anticipated feature at the event is The Mobil 1 Dream Car Speed Run where autophiles can see, hear and experience Canada’s largest selection of exotic, classic and iconic cars driven at speed all weekend long. In addition, there are three separate test drive tracks for attendees: the PRO-SERIES Manufacturer Test Track, the Continental Tire Performance Test Track and the Off-Road Test Track.

Extremely rare cars will be on display, including the Czinger 21C, The Pagani Huayra BC, Ford GT40, McLaren P1 and the 300 SL Gullwing. For EV lovers, a variety of electric and autonomous technology will be on display at The Ontario Tech University/ACE Innovation Zone.

The interactive event has something for everyone with food trucks and a Kids Fun Zone. The family-friendly area features Voltz Toys, including a selection of ride-on electric and bumper cars. Brampton Batman and the world-famous Batmobile will also be on-site.
